Cazandomariposas General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. PURPOSE
These terms govern the purchase of products through cazandomariposaswoman.com, owned by Fabricazando S. L. (Tax ID B22624969).
2. PRE-ORDER SYSTEM (PRODUCTION TIMES)
At Cazandomariposas, we are committed to sustainable fashion (Slow Fashion). Therefore, our items are not kept in stock; instead, they are made exclusively for each client once the order is confirmed.
- The approximate production time is 20 working days.
- Once the garment is made, it will be shipped. The client accepts this waiting period upon completing the purchase, understanding that they are acquiring a unique piece made expressly for them.
3. SHIPPING COSTS AND ZONES
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address. Below are the applicable rates (VAT included):

⚠️ Important note on International Customs and Taxes:
For orders destined outside the European Union (Latin America, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Middle East, Africa, etc.), shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Cazandomariposas has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
4. RETURNS POLICY
In accordance with Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Given that our products are Pre-order and made to order:
- No money refunds are accepted due to change of mind, personal taste, or error in size selection, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- Exchange Options: If you wish to make an exchange, we offer a voucher for the corresponding amount (with no expiration date) or an exchange for another garment of the same value. Shipping costs incurred from the exchange will be borne by the client.
5. WARRANTY AND DEFECTS
In the exceptional event that the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or there is an error on our part in the size sent, Fabricazando S. L. will cover the collection and new shipping costs.
The client must report the incident by writing to contactocazandomariposas@gmail.com within a maximum of 48 hours from receiving the package, attaching photographs of the defect.
