Cazandomariposas General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. PURPOSE<\/h3>\n

These terms govern the purchase of products through cazandomariposaswoman.com<\/strong>, owned by Fabricazando S. L. (Tax ID B22624969).<\/p>\n

2. PRE-ORDER SYSTEM (PRODUCTION TIMES)<\/h3>\n

At Cazandomariposas, we are committed to sustainable fashion (Slow Fashion). Therefore, our items are not kept in stock<\/strong>; instead, they are made exclusively for each client once the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n

  • The manufacturing time is<\/strong> approximately 25 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Once the garment is made, it will be shipped. The client accepts this waiting period upon completing the purchase, understanding that they are acquiring a unique piece made expressly for them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. SHIPPING COSTS AND ZONES<\/h3>\n

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address. Below are the applicable rates (VAT included):<\/p>\n

    *Transit times are estimated and begin once the garment leaves our workshop (after the 20-day production period).<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

    \u26a0\ufe0f Important note on Customs and International Taxes:<\/strong>
    \nFor orders destined for destinations outside the European Union (Latin America, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Middle East, Africa, etc.), shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees<\/strong> charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the client<\/strong>. Cazandomariposas has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.<\/p>\n

    4. RETURNS POLICY<\/h3>\n

    In accordance with Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.<\/p>\n

    Given that our products are Pre-order<\/strong> and made to order:<\/p>\n

    • No money refunds are accepted<\/strong> due to change of mind, personal taste, or error in size selection, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n
    • Exchange Options:<\/strong> If you wish to make an exchange, we offer a voucher for the corresponding amount<\/strong> or an exchange for another garment of the same value. Shipping costs incurred from the exchange will be borne by the client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      5. WARRANTY AND DEFECTS<\/h3>\n

      In the exceptional event that the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or there is an error on our part in the size sent, Fabricazando S. L. will cover the collection and new shipping costs.<\/p>\n

      The customer must communicate the incident by writing to hello@cazandomariposaswoman.com<\/strong> within 48 hours<\/strong> of receipt of the package, attaching photographs of the defect.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
